Reporting a bug
What helps most, in rough order:
- Which app, and which version. In an iPhone app the version is at the bottom of Settings; in Keepsake for Chrome it is on the
chrome://extensionscard. - What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if it is something you can see.
- Your device and OS version.
"The timer kept going while it was paused" is a perfectly good bug report.
Please do not send us your data
None of these apps upload anything, and we would rather keep it that way. We do not need your saved library, your listening history or your personal details to help with a problem, so please do not attach them. If a bug genuinely needs a file to reproduce, we will ask, and you can decide then.
